Rules
TopWeek is a public leaderboard. You pay to stand above everyone else. Rank is the bid — nothing else.
How ranking works
- New listings are whole US dollars, $5 minimum, $999,999 maximum, in $1 steps.
- Taking #1 costs at least $5 more than the current top bid at checkout. Paying less still puts you on the board at whatever rank that bid can take.
- Equal bids stay in payment order. The earlier completed payment keeps the higher rank.
- Enter the same normalized URL or @handle again to raise the listing. The new total must be at least $1 above its current bid; you pay only the difference.
- Rankings can fall when other people pay. Completed payments are non-refundable, including when someone pays more than you.
Weekly seasons
Rankings reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Your payment counts for the current week only; past weeks stay archived under Past weeks.
Every new week starts at $0. The same URL may bid again. A payment completed after a weekly reset counts as a new listing in the week when payment completes.
What you can list
You can list a product website or an X @handle.
- Chat and invite links are not allowed, including Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, LINE, Messenger, Signal, and similar services.
- Adult, NSFW, illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or impersonating content is not allowed.
- Short URLs are replaced by their destination. We reject them if the destination cannot be verified.
URL normalization
We normalize links to https and lowercase hostnames, then remove www, trailing slashes, query strings, and fragments. App Store, Play Store, GitHub, npm, and similar platform links remain distinct by their normalized path. Affiliate, referral, and tracking parameters will not work.
After you pay
A completed payment claims the rank. Your listing is public, and clicks go to the submitted URL or profile without query parameters. You may not use your paid rank as evidence of a quality, popularity, or “No.1” claim.
