Rank is the bid

Higher bids rank higher. Equal bids stay in the order they were paid, so the older bid keeps the higher rank. A TopWeek rank does not measure quality, popularity, reviews, or performance.

Everyone who pays gets listed

Paying less than the amount needed for #1 still puts you on the board at the rank your bid can take. Your rank may fall when someone pays more, but your listing stays visible for the week.
