Terms of Service

1. Service

TopWeek, operated by {{OPERATOR_NAME}}, sells weekly placement on a public ranking board. Rank is determined by the amount paid. It does not represent quality, popularity, reviews, or performance, and we do not guarantee traffic, advertising results, or continued rank.

2. Weekly ranking and payments

Rankings reset every Monday at 00:00 UTC. A payment applies only to the week in which it is completed. Past weeks remain archived. Other payments may lower your rank. Completed payments are non-refundable, except that billing errors, duplicate charges, or failure caused by us will be reviewed individually as required by applicable law.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Listing illegal, adult, fraudulent, impersonating, infringing, or prohibited content
• Using a paid rank as evidence for a quality, popularity, or “No.1” claim
• Unauthorized access, interference, false submissions, or payment abuse
• Conduct that violates applicable law or the published Rules

4. Refusal and removal

We may reject, hide, or remove a listing that we reasonably believe violates these terms, the Rules, or a third party's rights. Reports from rights holders are accepted through the report form. Any refund after removal is determined by the reason and service already provided.

5. Disclaimers and liability

We do not endorse or guarantee the content, accuracy, or safety of listed destinations. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

6. Changes

We may update these terms in accordance with applicable law. Material changes will be announced on this site in advance.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. {{JURISDICTION_COURT}} has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
