This policy explains how TechHub, Inc. (株式会社テックハブ) handles information for TopWeek.

Information we collect

We may collect submitted URLs and @handles, bid amounts, categories, payment identifiers, report details and contact information, irreversibly hashed IP addresses, access logs, cookies, and similar usage data. We do not store full payment card details on our servers.

How we use information

To verify payments and provide listings, top-ups, rankings, archives, and click counts
To prevent abuse and respond to reports, rights claims, and inquiries
To maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and analyze the service
To comply with legal obligations

Service providers and international transfers

We may send necessary information to our payment processor (Stripe), as well as hosting, database, email, and analytics providers. These providers may process information outside Japan.

Cookies and analytics

We set a first-party cookie (tw_vid) to count visitors and people currently online. It contains a random identifier only. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Error reports may be sent to Sentry to keep the service reliable.

Retention and security

Listings and payment records are kept for as long as the Hall of Fame exists and as required by tax and accounting law (at least 7 years for payment records). Report submissions are kept for one year. We use reasonable safeguards such as access controls and encrypted connections.
